Thruster.

 

The holes in the slide go to the back closest to the butterfly. You can check to see if it works by using an airblower and blowing through the carby, it should lift the slide.

Thank you for your reply.That's the way I put it back just wanted to make sure and blowing air made the slide lift up. Also used a bit of dry moly lude on the internal shaft. Cheers
