What ever happened to those inflatable things that where towed behind ski boats a few years ago.I think they where called stingray something.Anyway I guess they where banned because people where getting realy hurt when they came a gutser. They used to take off in ground effect, though they got fairly hight.Maybe 20 feet or more (Im guess out of ground effect at times).
