How to load/unload a microlight wing onto your roof racks without the pain

Hi Gang,

 

Does anyone have any good ideas i.e gadgets on how to load/unload a microlight wing (packed up) onto your car roof racks easily especially without a second person to assist and without busting your back/shoulder?

 

grateful for any ideas
