x-Air S door

I recently lost half the left hand door in flight. I probably failed to latch the door.

 

I have asked for drawings of doors so that I can adapt to the latest specs. No answer so far.

 

can anybody confirm that the correct doors are 2mm Lexan or polycarbonate?

David, the door is the reverse image of the other one. Use the good door as a pattern and do it from there. Do you still have the aluminium tube frame? I would be very interested as to how it broke? Cheers
