Oil Leak - Rotax Mechanical driven Fuel Pumps

Apparently Rotax fuel pumps driven off the reduction gearbox are renowned for developing oil leaks overtime. Has anyone else encounted this problem? I have been advise even if I was to purchase a new one it could start to leak after a couple of hundred hours.
