All fixed now, though it is amazing how one valve spring can spoil your day...

Now that's interesting. Our brand new 2200 engine suffered a broken exhaust valve spring after the princely total of 7 hrs, (September). As you say, the 160 glides quite well, and ours executed it's 2nd unplanned landing within 2 months!

I believe they have a new supplier of valve springs now. Hope they are better than the previous ones!

Now did I hear that some chinese parts were being sourced some time ago .......?
