Exadios Posted July 3, 2011 Author Posted July 3, 2011 I can certainly believe that jet engine exhaust (sometimes seen as contrails) would provide seeding nucleii for ice formation.I was surprised at Temora that for much of each day up to 12 high altitude jets would be visible at one time...each leaving a conspicious trail which then spread out effectively decreasing the amount of sunlight reaching the surface, i suspect this 'dimming out' may have a follow-on affect with agriculture...some crops not reaching their full potential... And soaring!
