I am the CFI of Australia's newest gliding club. http://www.townsvillegliding.org.au. We are in the formative stages, but have several privately owned aircraft and we are about to obtain a winch for launching. We hope to have a 2-seater available for training soon. Until we can guarantee flying, we are looking for a membership of at least 40 persons to assist with creating aviation history in North QLD.
