Jabiru Service Bulletin JSB 029-1

Have any other Jabiru J170 owners read this? (JSB 029-1) I would like your opinion as this seems to me to be a big ask. A mandatory modification? What if I decide to not do it as I'm quite happy with the handling of my plane, will my insurance be void? If this is a design fault, let Jabiru send the parts and pay for the work. I think its bollocks myself.
