DUCTED FAN Type aircraft, information wanted

Can anyone tell me the designer or current owners name of this single seat ducted fan aircraft that was built in either NSW or Victoria possibly about 10 years ago.

 

I did have all his information but since many house moves, I have lost all the info.

 

I don't know if it ever got registered.
