Help - Need a garmin vector map of the ERC low type.

I have managed to get a Garmin airspace map working on my HTC HD2 phone (with rasters at the same time! thanks to GPSVP).. The only thing that I am missing is a vector version of the ERC lows..

 

Does anyone have a 'open source' version of it laying around..

 

It's the only thing I am missing.
