How did the trip go rudder? I'm all ears.
I'm planning on something the same around Feb next year, Smithton, Apollo Bay, Warracknabeal, Wentworth, Renmark, Port Augusta, Cooper Pedy, William Creek, Leigh Creek, Pooncarie, Wentworth and back home.
2105 nm 880 minutes 670 liters.
Or any other interestin joint

Never got off the ground , all the starters piked one by one , really need some escorts on these sort of trips just to keep a look out for each other, I’m always keen to fly anywhere so let me know if your happy to have another flyer to be apart of the sortie

No problemo, I've always flown on me own so think nothing of it.
Not many people l know do a lot of cross country flights let alone across the puddle, a lot of circuits an hanger flyin.
But then it's bin said l could be a nanna short of a bunch.
I like the out of the way places.
Swag, tucker, (7 day ration packs are good if ya know any CMF blokes) water an pass port if ya got heaps of fuel or a trailer with wings.
What part of northern vic are ya?

Fly off our farm strip , near echuca, have flown to flinders and Devonport via king island, lot of desolate country once you head north west , flinders rangers onto Birdsville back home via white cliffs,if you get over this way let me know and I will guide you in

We may have a mutual friend, his name is Cliff.
You'll know who I'm talking about, haven't worked out how to send you a PM, l was given instructions by Bex some time ago but can't find it,
or if you know how it's done send me one.

Thunda, I am not sure February would be a good idea, very hot that time of the year in the areas you wish to go.
