I have a quantity of these terrific in-line gauze fuel filters. Fitted, as standard, to many European recreational aircraft.

Light weight (9 grams)

Clear casing, for good visual inspection. No nasty pleats to hide contamination.

So tough can only be damaged by taking a hacksaw/hammer/flame to them. Peak pressure 217 psi

No leaks from these little beauties

Can be cleaned (carby cleaner & compressed air) but cheap enough at $15/each, to just put a fresh one in.

I am hoping to find a Rotax diagnostic cable to connect my laptop to the engine ECM (electronic control module) on 9 series aircraft engines.

I am a 'Fan' of 9 series Rotax aircraft engines... especially when they are moving air efficiently, reliably, and safely!

I am hoping to acquire a no longer used / un-needed Rotax BUDS cable, perhaps collecting dust in a hangar, toolbox, or desk drawer. Sold the airplane, hired a mechanic, or even an estate liquidation.

I shudder to think how many of these got sent to the landfill as it looks like just a video game wire.

Keep your eyes peeled. A complete set will include the wire pictured and perhaps a Y splitter and there is also a Code KEY number that makes it all work, included on a sticker on the original box top. [the KEY code is specific to each serialized cable and either (code or cable) is worthless without the other]

The cost of the kit to build the wings is well in excess of four times my asking price - so if you'd like to save 75% of the cost of the kit, as well as saving the 6-weeks it takes to build the wings, then grab this now.

I have a number of new Hobbs meters available - Hobbs P/N 169635.

These are 12V-60VDC, are fully sealed, have 2 bayonet connectors, and come with a rectangular plastic stirrup to hold them in the panel.

They don't have holes in the face panel for screws, but they have dimples indicating where you can drill, if you prefer screw attachment.

$45 inc postage to anywhere in Australia. They're cheaper, and faster delivery, than getting them from the U.S.
